Parking belongs in the attraction budget

Major Orlando theme parks charge for standard parking unless a guest qualifies for a specific inclusion or passholder benefit. Disney currently charges one theme-park parking fee that is valid across its four theme parks on the same day. Universal also charges regular self-parking and publishes separate parking information for Epic Universe and its main resort garage.

Instead of treating parking as an afterthought, attach it to the day’s attraction cost when comparing options.

Rental-car toll programs can add service fees

Florida has extensive cashless tolling. SunPass explains that rental-car companies and their toll vendors may add administrative or daily service fees depending on the program. Those programs differ by rental company.

Before leaving the airport garage, know how your rental car handles tolls. A traveler who understands the rental agreement can compare the rental company’s program with other accepted toll-payment options rather than discovering the fee structure after the trip.

Food becomes a large-group decision very quickly

When evaluating a villa, hotel or package, compare lodging, fees, parking, transportation, food flexibility and the number of separate rooms the group would otherwise need. The lowest headline rate is not automatically the lowest total trip cost.

For a group, the best budget is the one that protects the experiences everyone cares about and reduces spending on things nobody will remember.
