Pool and spa
Children must be actively supervised around the pool and spa. Do not disable or bypass pool-safety devices. Optional heat must be ordered and paid for according to the reservation rules.
Community rules
Nice Palms is located within Windsor at Westside. Guests must follow applicable parking, access, quiet-hours, amenity and other community rules in addition to the villa's rental agreement.
Respect for the property
The villa is a privately owned vacation home. Guests are expected to use furnishings, appliances, linens, outdoor areas and resort access responsibly and report damage or maintenance issues promptly.
Cancellation, payment timing, damage claims and other contractual terms should be shown in the live rental agreement configured in the reservation system so the website and booking record remain consistent.
